Michelle Santosuosso (aka Michelle S. Fresh) is a pioneering force in hip-hop music. Through radio, music publishing  and now music education, Michelle S. Fresh career spans four transformative decades in the entertainment industry. From her early days DJ-ing at teen clubs, to her groundbreaking work during hip-hop's golden era, Michelle has shaped Hip Hop music culture as a programming innovator, journalist, and industry executive.

Michelle S. Fresh’s journey includes pivotal roles at J Records alongside Clive Davis, navigating the Napster revolution, and contributing to HITS magazine. Now a distinguished university professor at Syracuse University, and consultant, Michelle champions authentic leadership and artist-centric approaches while nurturing the next generation of music industry professionals.
